Strength
Hang squat clean 4x5 50% of 1rm bs

Endurance
10 med ball hang cleans + 200m run
repeat x4, rest as needed

For time:
50 pull ups
50 push ups
50 sit ups
50 supermans
50 wall balls 20/14
50 box jumps 24/20

Optional: L hang x60 sec plate on lap
