For time:
3-minute plank hold (1 min R, 1 min L, 1 min plank)
100 squats
100ft handstand walk
100 squats
30 handstand push-ups

  2. 200 air squats is an active rest day?LOL niiiiiiiiice. It was a fun wod though and I GOT TO DO HANDSTAND WALKS AND MY ELBOW LET ME!!!!!!! whoohoooooooooooooooo! however not the pushups. Baby steps. So sorry I wont be at Yoga tonight, but its better that way. Im loud and yoga is quiet! Hope you all have fun though!!!!!!
