OHS 3x8 35% of 1rm back squat
 
Endurance
EMOM 8 min
Even: 5 Russian KB swings R/L
Odd: 10 light OHS
 
Metcon
Choose a starting weight and complete 5 rounds for quality going up in weight if possible.
 
10 Goblet Squats
10 Russian twists
10 KBS
 
(find a starting point: 15lb, 18lb, 25lb, 25lb, 45lb, 53lb, 70lb)
 
Optional: 50 pull ups for time

  2. Did endurance today.
    Wod used 35 lb kb on first 3 rounds, then 45lb for last 2. Tried to do opposite knees to elbows in place of twists, but they turned into toes to bar.
    50 pull ups for time: 5:51 ( not feeling those today, but glad I pushed thru them! Guess they are weighted pull ups now!)
    Fun working out with the 5:45 am class!

    2. Mine have always been weighted pull ups (attempts) I'm sure that is why I still can't get one....haaaaaaaa
