  1. Good Morning. So glad the weekend is here!!

    I'm excited about the S&SN Challenge to begin! I know how much better I feel when I am eating healthy. Plus Asa has challenged me for several months(thanks Asa for not giving up on me) to get more sleep!! I made a huge step towards that challenge yesterday. So I am looking forward to a healthier and restful ME!!!! :-)

  2. I have to comment on things that I see people do at the gym that I think are noteworthy. Travis did today's team workout by himself. I'm impressed.
