Lynda finding time to plank in Colorado!

Strength
Power Clean 2 sets 12 reps 37%

Endurance
Run 200m + 10 hang power cleans with bar
Repeat x 3, rest as needed.

Metcon
3 minute AMRAP of:
3 R/L DB Power Snatch (choose load)
6 Hand Release Push-ups (HSPU for those who can do them rx)
9 Squats (pistols for those who can do them)

1 min rest between rounds.
Score is total rounds and reps. Begin the next round where you finished the round before.
