What: The most strict nutrition challenge we have ever done! Meat, veggies, fruit, nuts, seeds. Keep it simple!
Who: Anyone with discipline and an extreme desire to be the leanest, strongest, fittest, and healthiest version of you possible!
We are encouraging participants to keep it simple! No fancy recipes, no Paleo desserts. When we spend time trying to create Paleo versions of junk food, we are not breaking the cycle of sugar cravings that some of us fight on a daily basis. For this reason, we are encouraging everyone to go back to basics!
