Team WOD
15 min to complete:
400m run
100ft bear crawls
then in remaining time,
AMRAP
5 pull ups
10 push ups
15 air squats
 
Complete the run and bear crawls together. Partners alternate rounds during the AMRAP. Partner A works while Partner B either sits at the bottom of a squat or holds a plank.
