Try this hollow plank today after the wod! See if you can work up to 20-30 seconds!
 
Strength
Power Snatch 5x3 45% of BS
 
Endurance
4 rounds:
10 PVC wall squats + 50ft bear crawl
 
Metcon
8 One minute rounds of:
3 deadlifts 225/155
shuttle sprint
Max reps burpees
 
Rest 2 min between rounds, post total number of burpees completed.

    I'm sure by now all of you have heard about the passing of Robin Williams. Very sad...such a talent. I liked what Jimmy Kimmel said "please if you are sad, let someone help you". Seems so simple!

    Wod
    95lb deadlift, sprints felt good, burpees to knees
    92 burpees
    started out doing plank burpees, but didn't feel right. to the knees felt great!
