Completed today's WOD 21-15-9 (DL #175/BJ 24in) in 3:23. Great workout! Also completed day 3 of pull-up challenge since I will be out of town this weekend for an NPGL event. Pull-ups are feeling good. I think I'm going to win that car! Also completed the Optional, which was 4x5 muscle up transitions on the low rings. Instead of low rings I did it in the high rings with a 16 inch box.

Nice workout today...DL 205#/21" in 4:48. Got through column 3 of the pull up work with ease..while holding the negative L for 36 seconds.
