  3. Awesome muscle up Bryan!!!

Lifting class was great this morning! Saw some PRs and we weren't even trying for them. The progress made in this class each week is so fun to watch! I have coached since I was 15 years old (not CrossFit of course, but gymnastics and then CrossFit later) and never get tired of seeing athletes accomplish things that they didn't think possible.

I got a little workout in afterwards of bear crawls with little Asa, overhead squats with the bar, and presses with the bar.

  4. Congrats Bryan!
We had a fun wod this morning - Deck of Cards - my partner Marcus did great job. Open gym saw quite a few of the competitors show up and working on their strategy for the competition and BTW update this morning - each team must complete all 3 races. Thanks Coach Amy for awesome olympic lifting class.
