Make sure to sign up for the Community Potluck WOD! Sign up sheet is up at the box.
When: Friday, October 3rd
Time: 6:30pm
WOD: Max out on a lift, then choose either a Hero WOD or a girl.
After the WOD, we will eat and socialize! We will supply the meat, but in order to participate in the wod, you must bring a Paleo potluck side dish. This will be a great time for coaches and athletes to meet new members, socialize, and just hang out.

    Carmen and I switched over to squats, so I need to add mine up and see where we are at!
    Did some OHS this morning! Pics coming soon!

    Decided that we need to get more in touch with nature so planned a 6 mile hike in a wooded trail today. Knowing that it might be cut pretty short with a 3 year old coming along. I realized that I am a little scared of nature. About 1 mile into the hike we saw a 4ft long snake and I decided it was time to head back to the car!
    So we finished our walk in a nicely manicured park, free of snakes!
