5 Reasons to Full Squat
The full squat is one of the most basic and fundamental human postures. Due to industrialized society’s heavy reliance on chairs and modern footwear however, it has become a position that many people have difficulty achieving.
Young children under the age of four will instinctively go into a deep squat when they want to reach for something low, and often hold themselves in a stable squatting position to engage in play.

So, squat with your kids!

  4. Who knew Kristi L was the sit-up champion of the universe? I witnessed something pretty awesome - something like 50 SU in 45 seconds. It took me 100 seconds, as my abs killing me after TTB.
Strength 185/195, WOD 7:36 Rx. Put TTB on my list of movements that need a major shot of grease. I can't string them together to save my butt. Good thing Asa was mall walking the 200s or he would have smoked me.

  8. I loved today's WOD because of T2B but I wasn't able to do them today so I modified those with GHD situps. I used a 14# wall ball as well. My time was 8:34, I believe.
