  1. My modified Diane: 3 rounds of 21, 15, 9 reps of #1 being sore from death by power clean, #2 staying home & #3 having to buy the damn t-shirt. Good luck to those who try. You're tougher than I am.

    2. OK. I read the CF Journal wrong. I thought it was 3 complete cycles, 21, 15, 9 of each exercise x 3 - or 135 reps of each. Now that I look again, that's how they describe Fran, too. It's just worded awkwardly.

      It's only 1/3rd as horrible as I thought. I still couldn't do it, but at least my false hope is alive and well. Someday...

    3. Come in Saturday morning and you can do 21,15,9, then 21,15,9 and finish with 21,15,9. I'll meet you there early, say 7:30 if you like, but I'm not staying past 12:30 so you'll only have 5 hours to complete it. :)

  7. I got 5:48 with 105# and handstand push ups with 2 mats. I regret not trying 155# and not worrying about time but I would've been there through the next class. All in due time I suppose. Arm feels great and I plan on keeping it that way.

    I also worked on the pull-up progression and handstand walk. I am up to 3 pull-ups and the rest are negatives. Good day yall.

    65lb deadlift, HSPU with knees (knees on box was easier than feet on box today) on 16" box 4:19
    (handstands feel great, but the HSPU do not, so had to modify those!)
    faster than my old PR of 9:37 RX! haha! We can call this a pregnant PR...
