  1. Good Morning. I'm looking forward to a MOD WOD of "Cindy" this morning! :-) Everyone did a great job with the Benchmarks yesterday!

    There are alot of exciting thing going on at CFNM in the next few months.....LOVE IT!!!

  3. PR Cindy RX 12+7 no bands!
    Last time I did CIndy was in spring of 2013 when I first started crossfit. I only got 8 rounds with a band. What What!!

  5. Super duper modified Cindy! No ankle surgery is going to hold me down!!

    5 pull-ups, 10 ring dips, 15 sit-ups....10 min AMRAP- completed 3 rounds. Fun!!
