  14. Amazing jobs today!

    I didn't do Karen just some more active rest:
    5 min EMOM of 20 GHD back extensions
    CTB pull ups 9,7,8,7,9 with 2 min rest between sets
    15 min EMOM of 10 push-ups and 10 air squats focusing on perfect form.

    Much easier than Karen!

  15. MOD WOD. After getting yelled at by the doc (rightfully so because I am a hard headed person) I changed wall balls into dips.

    Karen? 150 ring dips for time. Completed 110. Arms are on swole!
