  5. Today is 9th day in a row of working out, soooo I broke out the new toys! (the Olympic Lifting bar and plates!!)
    "active rest"
    muscle snatch, good morning, snatch grip behind the neck push press complex (just to feel the new bar and weights)
    30kg,35kg,40kg,45kg,50kg
    9reps/7/5/3/1/1/1/1 + 10 push presses to finish with the 50kg
    GHD back extensions - 3 sets of 18 reps
    SO MUCH FUN!
