  8. LOL Travis!!!! My imagination is running wild! Annie: 12:38 situps are no problem... the calves cramping during all 450? jump ropes though, I could totally do without. I am pretty sure when we did it a few weeks/months ago, I DNF due to the calves... so I feel good that I at least got it done well within the allotted time. Someday, I'll RX that girl!

    Today's WOD is one of my favorites. "Annie" named after Annie Sakamoto, one of the CF OG's. She is also a current athlete for the NPGL. Google her sometime, she is a BEAST.

    PR today: last time was 6:55 and today was 6:12! Yes!!! No better way to start my day than with a PR.

    Annie: 10:09 with single unders
    Last time I did Annie I got 10:20 but with double unders. I meed them back so I will start practicing. I am just happy that I started doing things with the bar this week and no pain in the bicep! I did 5 kipping pull ups on Monday and worked on power clean and hang clean transitions with 95# and 115# on Tuesday. I have also been working on handstand walking. All in moderation.

    2. I am trying, just afraid. My right arm feels a lot stronger than the left so those singles were a bit hard. I am super sore from yesterday and Monday, sit-ups were not fun either.

  15. day 1 benchmark challenge!!! Annie modified, because I have plantars faschitis I know I spelled that wrong. Brandon had me row the 50,40,30,20,10, for calories. It was a kick ass mod! I finished in 18;10. I think was my time. John B did the last of my situps with me, that was very motivational!!!

  34. Met ANNIE for the first time today. 10:42 with singles. Lost some time due to the rope getting embedded in my shoelace. I couldn't separate it so I ditched my shoes and rope and finished barefoot with a new rope. Good grief! Holly Melofsky
