  3. Good morning! Hope everyone enjoys Jackie today. Definitely one of my favorites. The first time I did Jackie was the very first time I worked out with Charmaine and let's just say it wasn't pretty. She totally kicked my butt.

  7. Ok it's either 7:27 or 8:27. I'm not entirely sure that I timed it right. :( sad face. If anything I'll go with 8:27 because I know for sure that it was atleast done in that amount of time...if that makes sense. Anyway good luck to everyone else!!!

    used 33lb bar and did ring rows. lots of breaks on the ring rows bc I was sharing the rings with little Asa. (not able to do this in class, so did later)
