  5. I did a modified version of Mary with 5 deadlifts at 145#, 10 pistols and 15 GHD sit-ups. I could've gotten more rounds in had it not been for a spunky 2 year-old boy with curly hair running a muck. He fell, hard, cried then got up and carried on as if nothing had happened. Any way, I got 7 rounds plus 5 deadlifts and 10 pistols of the 8th round.

  10. So I did a modified Cindy ... used a band around my waist to help with pushups for 5 rounds, and then I had to give up .. the arm was PISSED. So I switched to v-sits. I made 8+11. My Husband though... first time doing Cindy..STRICT pull ups (because he doesn't know how to do kip or butterfly) does 17 rounds! Im so proud of him!!! If we could teach him to do the pullups faster.. he'd be crazy fast!!
