then,

100ft bear crawl
100ft OH walking lunge 45/25
400m run

    I tried opening up the video of the stretch but it wouldn't open up for me?? But I'm sure it's a good one! :-)

  2. While I know this was for quality, this is CF & there was a running clock... 19:57 and the clock stopped @ 20 min. This is really too close for comfort.

  3. WOD - Much better quality than Travis, it had to have been only because it took me 20:35 Rx'd. Charmaine set the clock for the noon class at 25 min.

    did the kettle bells in 4:48 with 4 sets of 25 and last 2 rounds unbroken of bear crawls and lunges. must have been the runs and first round that ruined my non-relevant time...

  5. This wod was no joke!!! I rxd row instead of run 500m my kbs were also 4:48! Great job everybody!!!
