  1. Enjoyed workout especially since I got to work on my toes to bar. Did endurance and completed 8 rounds with blue band for dips.

  2. missed the last class of the day, so just worked on Handstand holds (10 min), Tabata air squats, 4 rounds of 25 GHD back extensions and 5 push ups... not much but good to move after 10 days off.
