Odd - Power Clean + Power Jerk (50%)

Even - 20 Push Press (PVC)
Odd - 10 Front Squats (PVC)

Metcon:
16 min EMOM
Every minute perform 10 Thrusters (95/65) + 20 Double Unders

If you cannot complete reps in minute, then reduce reps like this:

      I lost count, but I estimate that I probably did only 50-55% of the Rx reps.
