    1. Uhh... I'd say that ankle is healed. That's an awesome score on a grueling WOD. You must have gone balls to the wall for 12 minutes. Great job. I kept my balls off the wall, but still ended up completely cashed at minute 12. Nothing left.

      That Tabata is tough, too. All around great WOD today.
