Sexy Beast!

Strength:
20 min to find 5RM deadlift
or back squat if you missed yesterday
OR

Endurance:
10 sets of 14 reps of perfect air squats
-focus on neutral lumbar curve
-keep rest between sets the same
 


Metcon:
Tabata
-power clean
-front squat
-push press
-thruster

    This time of year can be very stressful so besure to get your WOD's in for the week. Working out helps mentally and physically. Not to mention give you the stamina to finish up with the shopping!!

    Strength - 175# deadlift (taking it easy on the lifts!)
    WOD - 5,3,5,3 (holy smokes Tabata will take the breath out of you :))

  4. Asa's been hounding me to post, so here it is...

    285# DL & Tabata @ 8,8,5,6 w/ 75#. Should have pushed harder on the PP, as they're the easiest reps. I was fearing the thrusters so I wimped out.
