  2. Technically, one's diet is what one eats & drinks, whatever that may be. I'm serious about eating and drinking. In fact, the more the merrier. I may even try smoking various things.

    I shall work out consistently, my goal being 6x/ week.

  7. I think waking up at 4:30am to workout is considered committed. I also haven't had pizza in a couple weeks, so that's a pretty serious diet!

  11. Ready!! Haven't slacked on the diet since Thanksgiving, but that's allowed right?? I've been eating chicken all week, salad today and tomorrow. It's been real 2014! 2015, Show me Whatcha got!!

  13. I've been serious about training consistent for a long time but my eating habits are not the best. I am serious now about training and eating paleo consistently not just for a couple of days.

  16. I have learned a great deal from my fellow box mates since I joined, something for which I am very grateful. However, it is very easy to get off track. The biggest struggle at this moment is with my daughter, she does not like anything I make! My goal is to make it through the Holidays alive and well, then, to pace myself when it comes to clean eating. If I start off fast, I will get overwhelmed and give up. Kinda like running, you gotta pace yourself.

    I am ready to get my "Eating for Life" challenge on!! I keep putting it off for the next day or next week. It's time to get serious with my "healthy" eating!!
    Don't we all want to feel Leaner,Stronger and Healthier? I know I do! So come on lets "Make it Happen"!!
