Strength:
20 rep back squat
-with remaining time join Endurance

Endurance:
Tabata
-Mountain Climbers
-Plank Holds

Metcon:
8 min AMRAP
3 Bar facing burpees
6 Clean & Jerks (135/95)
9 HSPU

Skill/Optional:
- 10 muscle up transitions, then 5 muscle ups
-5 sets of 10 pistols
