DAY 1

Let us know how you are doing today!
 

So, if you gain + 5lbs of muscle and lose - 5lbs of fat the scale would not change, right? But you would be smaller since the 5lbs of fat took up so much more space. Got it? This is why we lose inches, our clothes fit baggy, and our friends are telling us how lean we look. But when we step on the scale we don't always see a big weight loss. Stop worrying about the number on the scale. More muscle= burn more calories throughout the day! We want more muscle!

    2. I have researched food, recipes, and substitutions AND purchased items that I did not know existed. Definitely stepping outside of my comfort zone for this challenge, but it is DEFINITELY time for a change. Meal prep done for the week thanks to my nice little spreadsheet! :)

    Actually I have a headache BUT be ready to not feel so hot when your body starts withdrawal from all the toxins you aren't taking in...

  8. Just had a lean breakfast with eggs, bacon, and avacado. Just turned on probably the most underused applaince at the house. The CROCKPOT!! Cooking up a roast, then heading to shop for the rest of this weeks food. TEAM DEDICATION in the HIZZOUSE!!

    L: 1/4 cup of cashews
    D: Beef patty with stir fry veggies(baby corns removed)

  28. Hey-yo! Late night getting off of work but I made it!!

    Meal prepped in containers and stored in a large lunch box for the day:
    spaghetti squash
    chicken breast
    cauliflower rice
    asparagus
    sweet potato slices

    .........with the addition of two eggs and spinach for breakfast. Beef jerky and a banana for two short snacks :)
