    B: two eggs, two pork sausage patties, avocado/tomatillo salsa, sweet potato, and paleo pancakes with a side of kiwi and water!!

  10. Yesterday, I had someone offer me popcorn. Today, this lady brings in freshly popped popcorn... I love popcorn!!! Thankfully, I had fresh fruit for snacks to keep me away from salty temptations. Staying dedicated! Go team DEDICATION!!!

  14. Its Day#6 and the office decided to treat us with Chic-fil-a !! Ugh!! I didn't give in instead I ate leftovers from last nights dinner, which consisted of chicken breast with kale, and squash! The true test is this weekend as I will be surrounded by all this bad food at a birthday party I have to attend. Keep up the good work team DEDICATION!!!!

  16. Today at work I told someone I was eating paleo, and they LITERALLY shoved a sleeve of Thin Mints in my face! #thestruggleisreal #butisaidno

    Scrambled egg, ham and red bell pepper for breakfast, a HUGE salad with chicken for lunch, and tonight we're having barbecue with my in-laws. I'm so glad that meat is paleo. :)

    Stay focused Team Determined! We're almost a whole week in, and I know I'm feeling leaner, more motivated and energetic each day!

  19. Staying strict. Played hockey with my oldest boy. It involved lots of sprinting, hooking, slashing, and did I mention SPRINTING!? Great workout!

  23. Day 6 has arrived and let's just say I'm feeling a little lighter. My Suegra brought us a homemade pecan pie today and I grabbed a apple instead. (The struggle haha) I had to work late and prep for my business trip next week so no box for me today. It's ok I needed the rest plus I think I jammed my thumb on my final power clean yesterday.

  25. ohhh i gave in to wine.....but I have to say I ate very strict all week and did great, except for wine =)...what can I say it makes me happy! ~and listen to Bruno Mars bahahaha
    Breakfast I skipped, Lunch Chipotle with beef and NO BEAN, RICE,CORN SALSA, CHEESE, SOUR CREAM....what a sad Friday, but I do feel a little better than yesterday and I lost 3 pounds this week alone WHAT! Thats a lot.
    Dinner was just a spinach and kale salad with tomatoes and carrots along with shrimp.
    I have a race tomorrow so getting to bed but everyone have a great week!

  27. My co-workers probably want me to satisfy my sugar cravings after I was so mean, grouchy, snarky, etc. today. Couple that with these headaches AND lipo is sounding REAL GOOD right now. Lol!

    Going to meal plan and add more calories this upcoming week. No cheating despite it all!!

  33. Friday night wod was awesome stayed moving the whole time got 10+53 with 25lb dumbbells. 50 lbs felt heavy after a couple of rounds. My dinner was amazing salmon, brussel sprouts, zucchini, spinach one sweet potatoe and lots of water. I HAVE TO SAY IM PRETTY DEDICATED : ) just resting. Team DEDICATION!!!

  34. Made to my WOD this morning…barely :( But at least I made it. Went to my son's football banquet tonight, but i was prepared with my romaine and spinach in a zip lock baggie! I just cut up the chicken and add it to my greens. I skipped the mashed potatoes and mac and cheese as well as the cookies and brownies!! yay me! #teamstrong
