    breakfast: shredded chicken and 2 eggs w/ a banana
    Lunch (will be): spinach salad with strawberries, cashews, avocado and balsamic dressing and cantaloupe

  25. sorry!!! i did miss yesterday!! I did the wod though! Tabata was grand, but my dinner just now was amaze balls ! it was grassed ground beef, and at whole foods i bought the already cut up for you fresh veggie stirfry mix. yummmm. family loved it to!

    tried a muscle up after the wod and made one, it was super ugly and scratched up my forearm, but made it up. Travis, Shaun, and Jami did some pretty muscle ups!
