I have been up for an hour grading because apparently I'm a morning person now. I need more sleep. Badly. Hopefully a solid workout and good food today will help. Team Determined

Great tips on how to get a good night sleep. I definitely focus on going to sleep at the same time each night and waking up at the same time each morning. Rowing this morning was intense. Great job 0545am-ers!! #teamDEDICATION

I wake up at the same time everyday regardless, but I have a habit of staying up late on the weekends when I have no reasons to. Aside from Mondays I've been going to bed between 9-10. My goal will be to be in bed by 9 this week.I will be doing my rowing at work. Hope I don't puke!!Team D as in Dedication

Most nights I take a LOOONNNGGG bubble bath with stress relief bubble bath from Bath and Body Works and read my daily devotional or a novel to wind down. (It used to involve a glass of wine, but now it's usually herbal tea in a wine glass...jk)But I definitely need to stop taking naps on Sundays, exercise daily, and invest in a new mattress and pillows.Team DeterminedP.S. I am wearing some pants that I have not been able to comfortably fit into in about 6 months! Go Beyoncé! *duck lips*
