Score is total time on rower/SDHP and lowest score wins

  14. I did an at home work out today. I waited for the kids to go down for their naps and pulled the car out of the garage, pulled out the old weight bench mechanism and went at it. I did my 8 rounds of back squats, worked my way up to 85 lbs and really focused on form, I saw a couple of you tube videos on the sumo, but it didn't feel right, so I stuck with back squats. Then I did my 8 min kettle bells swings averaged 36 swings per minute, felt good, im proud for not taking today off and still relaxing and taking it easy watching movies and playing video games for the rest of the day.

    1. And as far as cell phones goes Im the worst at keeping up with it. I dont stress to have it unless i'm somewhere where I need google maps or something like that, I would just ask someone or go to a public place and ask to borrow a phone. most nights i don't charge it..

  16. Yes cell phones can affect your stress level by having you up at night and not getting a good night sleep. Gone put my phone far from my bed this week and see how that helps.

  21. Today was SO relaxing. Even if I had to do some grading. About to eat sweet potato hash and then tabata before bed. I'm behind in my classes, but I can't complain about living in the moment and taking the rest as I can.

  22. Stress free today was indeed. I drank a lot of infused water (cucumber, mint, oranges, lime, and lemon). All in all super smooth :)

  23. Had a relaxing morning then did tabata squats, push ups, situps and push press plus mobility in the afternoon. I try not to let smartphone stress me out - just turn volume down and leave it in the other room. It can wait until tomorrow.

    I am guilty of the cellphone usage some times I would just browse the Internet til I would fall asleep but not here lately I put it up to get my sleep for the next day Or to be well rested for 5am class
