    Team Strong - 98
    Team Dedication - 93
    Team Determined - 85

First day since the day we started that there wasn't at least one team that had 100% participation. Uh Oh!! :))
Great stuff though! Ask questions, give us tips on what is helping you, if you haven't posted a daily food journal yet give it a try...

  17. Man I fell into temptation...even with proper meals prepped I couldn't shake it off and had like a hand full of Doritos =( the worst part is I didn't realize it until I took the first bite then it was like "what are you doing!"..and now I cant shake the feeling of wanting something to snack on..its awful. I tried to eat a banana, and some strawberries...but I still feel hungry. I ate a huge bowl of cauliflower, carrots, celery, onions and squash along with crock pot pork and I felt full but now Im craving sweets and all the non-paleo snacks...we have some in the house....they found their way in last night...ugh....I was doing sooo good!
