  4. I started drinking a liter of water 1st thing in the morning before any coffee or food. It's been a few weeks and I really like it. Team Determined!

  6. Love this weeks theme, since the challenge started I drink my 180 oz of water per day. It is easy at work but I need to work on my water intake on the weekends.

  8. Fatigue! I've been fighting major fatigue lately. Going to work on adding more H2O into the day starting when I wake up.

  9. Sickness fighter, fatigue buster, and of course muscle fuel for my big muscles. Ha!

    I also drink at a lot of water at work and during WOD's, but am bad about drinking it at home. I like to drink a glass before bed but it keeps me going to the head all night.

  14. I love water it's definitely all I drink with note importance for clearer skin, fluid balance and for example right now that I'm sick for sickness fighter very important to stay hydrated!!!

  16. I ate alot of food tosay (good food). Went grocery shopping and was a bit tempted but made it out of the store without any bad stuff. I need to be a bit more focused on my goals and move it forward. TEAM STRONG!!!

  17. I need to be better about drinking water. I know it would especially help me in the morning's since I'm now going to be there for the 5:45am class. Hopefully it gives me the wakeful boost I'll desperately need lol.

  20. kept it paleo all day yesterday with :
    B:eggs and bacon
    L: gun show!(no vendor food!)
    D: beef fajita meat with veggie stir fry in coconut oil
    Team Strong...
    Pain reduction...more specifically muscle cramps...my most important reason to stay hydrated

  23. Pain prevention And muscle fuel are the most important to me. I was never a water drinker but now I know how important it is I tried to drink at least 6 20oz bottles a day.

  28. I love that we are talking about water. I try to drink 75 - 100 ounces a day. It really makes a difference. I try to add a little fruit now & then to change up the taste. I hope everyone had a great rest day!!
