  9. If only sleep could really clear the activities during wakefulness! I may sleep long enough but definitely not sound enough. Going to try to move the alarm clock too.

  10. Wow! This is really insightful information. My question for everyone is, how can you make this a priority? Even without children, I feel that the pressures of work, housekeeping, church, and social obligations all cut in to these tips about making bed time more effective. For example, I don't have time for a bath 2 hours before bed. I'm doing good to get a quick shower in before bed. Any tips or advice on slowing down in the evenings? I usually have to bring at least some work home from school, too.

Working out at home tonight, so I can make a Whole Foods run after school, and I'm kind of looking forward to the tabata I built.

    Keeping going strong Team Determined!

    1. It is really tough! Especially social events that start after 7:30pm so everyone can make it after work... I'd say pick and choose your events and plan ahead like meal prep. Good night sleep before and after...

  11. Good videos and article. I have definitely learned a lot this week in regards to sleep. All these tips are very helpful. I am definitely going to start charging my phone far away from me because it can be a big distraction and disruption to your sleep.

  12. Definitely learned alot about sleep this week and tips, I have been doing good about just shutting off ealy, I have a bad clean freak OCD so I wont go to bed til everything is RIGHT but I have managed to get all that done way ahead to get into bed earlier especially since I have been doing some 5AM classes ;))

    1. Love 5am classes for that same reason! They come early but let me get a ton of stuff done at home in the evenings. And after working out, going to work, getting the family fed and situated in the evenings, I am so ready for some zzzz's.
