    you can see that I post the same meals time after time...I have lots of leftovers since im controlling portions better

  10. It's hump day! Started off by drinking my water no coffee. :) Is it friday yet though -_- work always drags!!!

    Ready for todays WOD they always help me feel better whether im stressed having a bad or still in a good mood...just can't ever go WRONG with a WOD... I love CFNM

  15. It's getting easier each day to say NO to the junk. Someone bought the cutest little bundt cakes to work today. But I said "NO!" to the "butt" cakes because we all know that "bread make yo butt spread!" LOL... Currently enjoying some water and strawberries

  35. I went to the gym yesterday and it was pretty awesome. I got to see Yansi and Amy lift and they were so impressive. Im so tired of not being awesome and just doing what I say im going to do...=( But they were pretty awesome so im using them as motivation to really lift and get in there. I haven't been doing strict paleo but I am trying. Things like a salad, Im out of avocado, so I add a little dressing, or I ran out of sweet potatoes and I use regular russet potatoes. I have not had bread, rice and all that purposely added sugar like candies or anything like that. But today I went to the grocery store and bought what i needed to prep meals again so if anything im learning to just make overall better choices to choose veggies over anything else.
