  6. Good morning all my fellow box go'ers. I had a first at the box this morning- I used 25lb weights! I'm sure there was an opportunity some time in my past to use them, but I never had. I used them for my 20 rep back squat (I missed yesterday). I'm also headed to Choctaw with my mom and sister to do a little gambling. This will be a challenge to eat clean today. I'll check out the exotic fruits on our drive to Oklahoma. Have a great day! Go Team Strong!

All those fruit look pretty scary to try but out of all of them i would go with the Cupuaçu fruit because of the pineapple and chocolatey flavor.. you can't go wrong with that :)

    stay dedicated team...#teamdedication!!!

  10. I made stuffed bell peppers for dinner last night and they were great for breakfast with a fried egg on top!

It makes it so much easier to eat clean when you find foods you enjoy eating!

  12. Where I'm from Rambutan is a very common fruit and its delicious I think I will hunt some down this weekend. Cherimoya its another fruit we eat down there its really good but I've never seen them in any store here. I would try mangosteen because come on if Queen Victoria Is willing to pay 100lbs for one it must be good. I wish I could try them all although some look very intimidating. Team dedication!

  15. All of you guys doing Paleo really seem to be helping your box mates. Even though I'm not doing it, I was finally able to get me some muscle-up lovin' this morning. About time! That clean eating must have contagious properties. Thanks coach Jason for the pointers and Jen G for the cool vid.

  23. I'm usually all for a little exotic, but I'll pass on all of those except the miraclefruit and possibly capuacu(only because of the chocolate flavor). I don't know where I may find these though... But maybe when Charmaine takes me to her homeland, we can find some of these! (Shameless begging for a vacation)

  24. I would like to try the aguajefruit. It kind of reminds me of cactus flower or as Mexican people like to call them (tunas). Cactus flowers are so good I think I might go buy some tomorrow.

  25. I would try the jamburiton or the rambuton..I think that's how you spell them. They are flavored like grapes and I like grapes. But I wonder what they cost.. I bet pricey lol they even make wine out of the jamburiton one!
I'm feeling a whole lot better now that I've gotten some antibiotics in me so hopefully I get back to a routine tomorrow.
