  7. 98# 20 rep back squat kicked my butt this morning. 103# here I come! Eggs, bacon & almonds for breakfast, and water of course. Teams Strong, Dedication, Determined, and the no team box go'erslet's all keep up the good work! All this hard work really IS worth it. Go Team Strong

  8. Made it back to crossfit this morning. Breakfast: Egg Muffin-no bread -egg, bacon,onions,spinach and tomato. Lunch: Coconut chicken tenders with cauliflower mashed potato.

  11. So how does everyone track their water consumption? Its not like counting empty beer cans or bottles of wine.....i got those down pretty good :) I think I need to buy a large, clear cup with measurements on it...would be a lot easier to know I need to drink a specific number of cups during the day.

  12. When I lived on campus I had a 2 Liter camel bak. It lasted me the entire day. I now the equivalent in a bottle, only it's 1 Liter. Never leave home without it :) Go TeamDetermined!!

  13. I try to drink half my body weight in ounces of water or at the minimum 64 ounces. Most days I succeed...

  23. Got in tons of water today! It felt awesome in spite of the many, many trips to the teachers lounge :S
    I even managed to eat almost totally paleo eating out. (A small amount of cheese may have been consumed, and it was a much better alternative to the pizza being served where we were going.)

    Looking forward to Tabata Tuesday tomorrow!
