  6. I have suffered from severe dehydration a few times and it sucks. The dizziness and headaches for one. Not to mention how your body starts to cramp and lock up so bad, you can even walk or move. I even had co workers suffer rhabdo when we were training for my job, all because they refused to drink water over coffee, sodas, energy drinks, etc. I've always preached hydration especially in the world of crossfit because your body needs it. Heck your body needs it even if your not active.

Great job everyone on the challenge, I bet some of you will be posing for calenders when this challange is over.

  8. Water is severely important to us and it sucks that some have to suffer hospitalizations sometimes due to dehydration and find out they have plenty other health problems because of the lack of wanting to drink water or stay healthy. I work in the healthcare and see it all the time!!!! say yes to H2O :) I'm glad my co-workers drink water atleast to balance some of the bad eating they do LOL

  9. I don't believe I've ever been dehydrated but maybe almost in my younger days of partying and drinking alcohol. Otherwise, it is easy for me to stay hydrated because I usually only drink water.

  20. Hi, my name is Art and I have an ugly snatch. Maybe next time I will have to tie a string to my ankles to keep them in but on a brighter note I was hydrated and have had at least 180oz of H2O each day!

  24. I've been dehydrated once in my life after a long tennis tournament in August. I never want to do that again. Staying hydrated is easy for me at work. We have a filtration system right in the workroom and an ice dispenser, too. I just fill up my camelback between classes and I'm good to go. Felt great today after a solid breakfast. I hadn't eaten well the past couple of mornings. Today I could tell the difference. Keep working hard everyone!

    Team Determined all the way!
