  10. I might sound bougie for saying this but I haven't had tap water in years. It's usually filtered or bottled.
    Week three is coming to an end five more to go.

  11. I like Nancy, but took it easy on her today. Good little scaled "active recovery" WOD. We'll dance for real next time. These old bones needed rest this morning. Physically & emotionally drained.

  12. Good information about what's in our water. I can't remember the last time I drank water straight from the tap. Typically drink filtered only.

    Weekend is almost here! Stay dedicated peeps, especially through Valentine's Day!

  15. Nancy was a great WOD this morning. so proud of myself I got up super early to make 5am class.

    Great information on drinking water glad to know im getting rid of all the toxins, I always drink bottled water not a big fan of tap water!!

  16. Im proud of myself! Yesterday I went over to my sisters and I managed to eat paleo! I cooked fish and sweet potatoes with spinach and steamed broccoli it was good. I get the importance of water I basically drink when Im thirsty and thats about 5-7 16 oz water bottles a day not including my almond milk and hot tea times so I think Im good =)
    Overall I feel good this week. I ate pretty clean, drank mi agua, and worked out everyday except one and hoping to go this afternoon at 430 and tomorrow again at whatever time it starts.

  17. Super studying for midterms! Usually there are sugary snacks and energy drinks. Instead I've broke out the water backpack and am chowing down on grapes and carrots :) Yay!! Go TeamDetermined!!!
