I would try charting my progress and rocking out! I am secretly a data collection nerd and have come to appreciate the power of a good graph or chart as a self monitoring and reinforcement tool. Music is also a huge motivator for me! Go Team Dedication!

Getting a massage and tracking my progress. But i would definitely try all of them at one point.
I track my progress. I don't track weight, but BMI since my weight stays around the same due to muscle gain. That and mirror time. I think seeing myself as I am and accepting where I am at a given time helps motivates me pursue a self image that I want to be.#TeamDetermined
