Wk 6, Day 41

Workout 15.2

For as long as possible:
From 0:00-3:00
  2 rounds of: 
  10 overhead squats (95 / 65 lb.)
  10 chest-to-bar pull-ups

From 3:00-6:00
  2 rounds of:
  12 overhead squats (95 / 65 lb.)
  12 chest-to-bar pull-ups

From 6:00-9:00
  2 rounds of:
  14 overhead squats (95 / 65 lb.)
  14 chest-to-bar pull-ups

Etc., following same pattern

    Love the great Snowman picture!

    Yesterday I got up and ready for work. Went out and cleaned off my car. Got on those icy roads and started off to work. Didn't get too far before I got a call saying "Work was closing". Made a careful U turn went back home put my PJ's back on and crawled back into bed. That was my recovery from yesterday! :-)

    Be safe on the roads this morning.

    Catching up with some sleep was yesterday recovery, it was not intentional I just felt asleep lol

  5. I was in bed later then usual. Then went outside to Built a snowman with my daughter and had a snowball fight. I haven't worked out all week so not much to recover from.

  6. great pic!!! I recovered by going on a 2 mile walk, and foam rolling and mobility yesterday!

  7. Workout 15.2 is no joke! I wasn't able to complete 0:00-03:00 scaled, so close though. Maybe I'll try again! #teamDEDICATION

  8. I'm recovering on vacation. Left the freezing weather for colder weather in Colorado! Can't wait to do 15.2 next week!


  9. No snowman for me but I did get some extra sleep. Then shoveled snow in my driveway. I also did some mobility with the foam roller for about 20-30 minutes. Did five 30 second squat holds. Followed with a WOD while my tots took a nap.
    100 air squats
    200 push ups
    300 crunches
    Rested as needed.

  10. No snowman for me, I had to recovery was stretching and going for a mile on the elliptical :) i felt so good after!

  12. No workout yesterday so not much to recover from. However today I shoveled an entire school side walk, man that was 45 minutes of hell.

  17. I didn't set foot outside ysterday and certainly didn't wod. Did something to my neck so I'm trying to take it easy. I did a lot of relaxing yesterday.

  19. Modified light workout yesterday followed by foam rolling. My hamstrings were sore from Wednesday's WOD. Took a short midday nap too since it was a snow day for me!


  20. I did tons of rolling/stretching yesterday and it felt awesome! Worked a long, long day today but stayed paleo even on a bus ride with kids. #teamdetermined

  22. I was able to get in some good ab work yesterday. Afterwards foam rolling and stretching.

  23. I didn't build a snow man but did have a snowball fight and sliding down hills. That was a work out by its self. I also slept in to help me recover.

  24. No WOD yesterday or building a snowman, so no recovery.

  25. I didn't build one either...but I did jump and stomp in snow puddles on campus :) I played some ddr for active recovery and some intense foam rolling. I've been modifying some of the posted workouts so I can do them at home when I had the spare time. These past two weeks from the gym have been hard (midterms kicked in and I had to prioritize) Next week should be back to normal.

  26. We DID build a snowman! Fun! And I got a lot of sleep - awesome recovery :) however, I still need to attempt 15.2...
