    My plan isn't far off from Edith's. I would like to stay Paleo 85%-15% of the time. Continue drinking my water and going to the box as often as I can. Looking forward to the next challenge in April.

  6. I plan on staying paleo at least until Lent is over. By then the next challenge will have started so I'm looking forward to seeing what that challenge has in store for us.

  7. I plan to stay strict, but will give myself some leeway for special occasions and birthdays. One thing for sure is Paleo makes life easier especially with the WOD's. I will not officially participate in the April challenge, but I will stick the Paleo and get ready for the May Meltdown.

  10. Paleo is not a challenge for me, it has to be a lifestyle change!! I will keep at it after the challenge, maybe will eat non paleo for special occasions.

  11. I plan to stick to paleo, I love it... it became a lifestyle, I do plan on atleast giving myself one or two cheat meals but not beyond that and I know I can stick to it. I'm pretty strick with myself and plus once you see results you learn to feed your body right :)

  14. I am also going to keep Paleo going and stay away from beer and alcohol, as much as possible. I also will be starting to do more cardio work outside the box. Also, would like to compete in as many mud run challenges as I can so that will force me to maintain both strength and endurance!

  16. Although I don't plan to stick to paleo, I plan to maintain by counting calories, eating in moderation, and allow small cheats. To maintain, I have to ensure that I do the things above.

  18. I've learned so much about my body and the foods I eat, what makes me feel good, what doesn't. I feel that eating paleI is a whole lifestyle, that is tough to do when your raised on tortillas, tamales, and sopas and when that's all you know it's like discovering gold. I'm definitely gonna try to stay strict. I feel that when I don't I find myself with a stomach ache, tired and just don't feel right. I was kinda mad at myself for not really trying in the beginning but know it all makes sense. I will go with the flow but definitely do what I know is best for me and not get influenced by peer pressure. And to avoid temptation I will prepare and plan out what I eat everyday. I will admit the only thing I won't give up is wine. I like my occasional glass of wine

  22. I plan on staying 90% paleo, I have some events coming up and I want to look my best and maybe now and then have a cheat meal. For the most part it become a life style that I like and want to continue to do.

  23. My plan is to stick to the paleo lifestyle (but I'm gonna have my paleo desserts!) I have something that will hold me accountable and keep me motivated which is another baby on the way! We just found out yesterday :) but shhh...we haven't told everyone yet. So, yeah, that's my plan :)

  24. I stay 85-90% strict off challenges. I think you need to allow a few cheats to realize you don't need the scrap we put In our bodies.

  26. My plan is paleo 100% Monday through Friday on the weekends paleoish. I won't go all weekend having junk but I will eat paleo and maybe sneak in some bread on my burger or have a cookie after my meal. Nothing crazy just little rewards : )

  28. I plan on doing what I've been doing prepping meals and making sure I'm not going hungry. Keeping my goals in mind helps me stay on track.
