  2. Good Morning!

What I think will work for me is:

Thinking life style change, not short-term diet! If we are eating Paleo/Zone only during a challenge and go back to our "Bad Way" of eating after the challenge what have we learned......NOTHING!!! I need to make Paleo/Zone "MY" way of eating and not look at it as just a "Challenge" way of eating!! This is going to be my Life Style Change!!!

    Strong Starts Here!!!

  10. Indulge without over indulging. I think scheduling my treats like suggested would help me the most in this area. I tend to over do it if I see something I like with the mindset of "it might not be here later" or "I've gone so long without it, I deserve this entire sleeve of chips ahoy." if I allow myself a treat at a certain time of day or week I'll have more control over my indulgences.

  14. Very helpful article! I think setting goals that keep me motivated, having tools to keep track of my progress, and training my brain to crave healthy food are the most important ones for me. It's so easy to fall into a trap when goals aren't set and even easier to start craving those "bad for you" carbohydrates. During this challenge, I've trained my body to crave water and apples with almond butter as go to snacks, I hope to keep that going. Team Dedication

  19. I think the best for me is letting my family know my goals and sticking to them. Where before I wanted to loose fat and be skinny, now I don't think like that, I think eat clean, work out, and get stronger...Part of the problem in the beginning for me was also that i didn't have my whole family on board and i was cooking separate things most night until i realized that they are gonna eat what i cook or make it themselves.(my little ones don't have a choice), so thats what i started doing. I also stick to my list of groceries and cut out a lot of chips and crackers and its now carrots tomatoes cucumber, fruit and so on, so Im happy. I feel healthier.
