  3. Great question! I have accomplish more then I ever thought of coming into crossfit. I remember joining because of the bodies I saw when I Googled "crossfit". That's no longer important to me, but I'm stronger, fitter, more knowledgeable and happier then ever. Maybe is cliché but seriously crossfit changed my life.

  8. I'm five pounds away from my goal, however I didn't think I would get down this fast. I gave my self 3 months to do it so I am on a great pace. So technically I reached my goal. However I'm going to continue dropping but at the same time I will work on the gains that I've lost in the process.

  9. After doing the Paleo Challenge I have completely changed my mindset about food. I am no longer constantly craving foods that are terrible for me. I know a lot of healthy choices for meals and snack which is helpful. I have met a couple of goals and am still working towards others.

  10. One of the many goals I am most proud of is stopping and then decreasing my sugar, white carbs, and alcohol intake. Although I did not lose all the weight I wanted to lose, I won't stop trying when this challenge is over. It has definitely made me more DETERMINED to look and feel better but not like Beyonce. But instead, a better Tiffany!

  12. One of my goals was to be able to do double-unders...well, I have 1 under my belt. :) I'll keep working on it. I also wanted to improve my wormy push-ups. They aren't perfect, but I am seeing less worming that before. I feel fitter and stronger. Yay!

  15. I definitely still have a long ways to go. I feel a lot better because of the paleo challenge, but the last couple of weeks have kicked my butt. I'm hoping it doesn't show too badly when I redo the baseline :/ I'm still a little nervous about exerting myself. I want a redo challenge! Thank goodness for April!
