  4. I would like to zone but I feel that the blocks for me are too much food for my weight/size. Any suggestions?

Today's WOD was great: Strength- 83# FS/BS 4 rounds every 3 min; EMOM (6min) at 63#. I feel like I need more wrist support during OHS or snatch squats. I go lighter in weight during these movements. #teamBLUE

  12. I'm learning all the foods we can and can't eat on Paleo, but is there a rule of thumb on how much we should eat a day? My breakfast is usually pretty small and simple, but lunch and dinner are bigger. How do I know if i'm eating to little or to much?

  21. I think simplifying "paleo" and not over thinking it has helped me alot.
I did a slightly modified version of today's workout at home.
    Strength
4 rds 4fs 8bs 205#- this is my 70% but all the weight I have at home right now
5 rds of 200ish meter sprint
    10 push ups
    20 air squats
    I didn't time it
    6 min emom
1 squat snatch plus 3 over head squats
I did this at 95# due to my shoulder. Wanted quality.

  23. I'm with Lee. Make sure you get your carbs! It's so easy to just have bacon and eggs for breakfast because "it's paleo" when you really need much more than that. Focus on filling your plate with mainly vegetables. It's something I'm doing differently with this challenge and I feel so much better this time around!

I don't think it is possible to consume too much protein in the form of real food. This could be a problem if downing multiple protein shakes daily... keep it green though, no reason to go nuts on the meat...

That sounds good, but be careful about the portions. That is where we get in trouble with these kinds of foods... Easy to eat 3 or 4 sweet potatoes in one sitting when in the form of a chip...

Change the way you season. Sometimes we may prep beef and chicken but then season the same so feels like the same meal over and over... Also, try baking fish while frying up some burger patties or put a little bacon on everything. Bacon usually solves everything :)
