This week is going to be a challenge....crap food all week at work. I started a lasagna last night and making chocolate peanut butter cupcakes today for work. Paleo God help me!! For myself I'm making ground beef with veggies as lettuce wraps and saved some sauce for spaghetti squash later in the week. I had a good "recovery" run this morning! Some chicken in the crock pot, mashed sweet potatoes, fish, and sweet potato fries. That should cover lunches. Grilled chicken, sausage, grass-fed beef, veggies, and baked sweet potatoes for dinner. Team Orange!

Prepping grilled chicken and beef fajitas this week. Today's WOD- 13.1 miles for time- 1:51. Tough race. :/Go team blue!
Keeping it simple and strict - it has worked and so I'm not changing it. Not a lot of prep involved. Pre mixing some avocado, onion, and tomato for breakfast salad in the mornings. Roasting a chicken for multiple uses. Thawing out chicken thighs and hamburger meat for easy dinners!! Oh and shopping for fresh produce.

Elk meatballs with spinach, ground turkey is ready, hard boiled eggs and bacon done and chicken cooked and in strips all ready for quick go-to meals and snacks.Veggies diced, and sweet potatoes baked.
