    1. 1000 meter row + 50 wall balls (14# to 9 ft. target)
    2. 2 min max front squat (#95)
    3. 8 min AMRAP - 6 power clean (#95), 6 burpee over bar
    4. 6 min AMRAP of 5 push press (#75), 15 box jumps (20 inch)
    5. 1 min max single unders
    6. 50 air squats then 21-15-9 of ABMAT sit-ups/hand release push-ups on knees/ deadlift (#135)
    This was the novice division at the festivus games today. I finished 1st place in my division.
