For 1 point, let us know if you have shared Paleo/Zone with a friend or co-worker outside of CrossFit?

Strength: 
6 min to work up to 80% of your 1 RM FS, then
4 rounds every 3 min of 3/6 (FS/BS) at the same weight
OR

Endurance: 
6 min AMRAP
10 Lunges + 15 Sit Ups,
rest 2 min
2 min AMRAP:
10 Goblet Sqts + 10 KBS
rest 2 min, repeat again

Metcon:
8 min AMRAP
6 Med Ball Cleans
9 Ball-Over Burpees
100m Med Ball Run

    Yes, I talk Paleo/Zone to the gals at work and to my family. First of all it is always topic of conversation....."What are you eating this week?" My husband doctor does Paleo. So when we go in to see her she and I also talk Paleo/Zone. I love talking about it!

  7. I sure have shared paleo with other co workers since they have noticed that I began taking a huge cooler to work the size of a refrigerator and they where curios why I have decided eating different foods with awesome taste

  9. Yes, I have shared paleo/zone with friends at school. I believe zoning has been THE difference in my performance. Weight isn't just flying off, but o am getting more fit each day. Team Orange!

  18. I tried to tell Steven about it for years... He finally gets it now. I always talk about it with my family because they need the most help. Like others, to them giving up bread and sugar isn't in the cards. So they'll live with aches and disease.

    Today's WOD- strength (63#), 3 rounds + 2 (14# ball), 3 mile run at 8:15 pace with negative splits.

  20. Yes I have! I have obviously shared a lot with my husband. He has joined with me, kind of has no choice lol. He has not been doing 100% but has been learning a lot from me. I've also shared a lot with a coworker/ running partner.

  23. A guy I work with jumped on board with it a week after our challenge got started. I see his breakfast and lunch and he's doing it.. can't vouch for him at home or on the weekends but I think he's giving it a legit shot.

  26. I share paleo/zone with a lot of friends who constantly talk about diets and "counting calories" and ask me "how do you stay so thin and fit!?" Funny thing is when I tell them how I eat, they want no part of it! I've made quite an impact on my parents, though. They eat much better and my mom in particular is getting much healthier. My dad was always pretty healthy to begin with. Talking to people about paleo/zone is kind of like talking to people about Jesus lol. All you can do is lead an example and plant a seed in other people. They have to make the choice to accept it and live it!
