      I did get to make a wod today....strength work was push press at 70# 6 reps every round and the amrap was 4+2 at 65#!!! I was hoping to go for a run this afternoon but it was raining :(

    AMRAP: I am pretty sure I did 6 rounds...45# *I kept doing a push press instead of a jerk...I need to focus.

  13. I did the endurance workout, lost count after 1...anywho, I got 4rounds plus 1 with double unders and 95# clean and jerks. Arm feels good.

    Didn't quite follow all the rules of what was prescribed.
    Strength
    I did 3 rds of 135lbs 6reps
    Then went to 1 rep max strict press and got to 150lbs
    AMRAP
    3.5 rds complete with 95lb bar
    PR with the 150lb strict press
