6 min to work up to 90% of 1RM front squat, then complete:
3 rounds every 3 min of 2/4 front squats/back squats at the same weight
Every 2 min for 12 min:
25 wall balls
If you cannot complete all wb unbroken, go down in weight. If you still cannot complete all wb unbroken, then decrease your reps by 5 each round.
RX= all unbroken at 20/14
score= total wall balls completed and weight used
