Strength
6 min to work up to 90% of 1RM front squat, then complete:
3 rounds every 3 min of 2/4 front squats/back squats at the same weight

or

Endurance
Tabata
Airdyne/row/DU
burpees
Air Dyne/row/DU

Metcon
Every 2 min for 12 min:
5 burpees
25 wall balls

If you cannot complete all wb unbroken, go down in weight. If you still cannot complete all wb unbroken, then decrease your reps by 5 each round.

RX= all unbroken at 20/14

score= total wall balls completed and weight used

  2. My name is anna;) and I'm partnering with Ashley! Super excited for her success on the last challenge....I didn't lose anything which is an accomplishment considering my month.
    I ran 6.7 mi yesterday and plan on doing the wod today. It's earky and I'm sipping on some water.

  8. I'm Anabel, and my teammate is my sister, Brenda! Our team name is "Fuerza." I'm looking forward to staying focused and staying strict, especially on Saturdays! This weekend was a free for all, and it definitely affected my WOD this morning. Today, I packed almonds and berries for healthy snacks in between my meals.

  9. My name is Tiffany, and my teammate is Chuck. Our team name will be Will and Grace. I completed the WOD this morning, and it kicked my behind! I am snacking on a 'nana as we speak.

    Since I recently switched to Crossfit from boot camp AND took a month off, my goals are to workout at least 5 times a week, increase endurance, eat paleo clean the entire month(minus vacation mid month), and of course to look hotter (if that's possible). And my biggest goal is to not use my inhaler and learn to breathe better during workouts.

  10. My name is Alma and my partner is my cousin Maria Castillo..our team name is Paleo beast Gals! My goals are just to maintain my weight and look toned I don't need to loose any more weight since paleo all my clothes fits me loose from my waist so that just tells me im doing something right :))

    I had eggs, broccoli and bacon this morning with green tea latte coconut milk no sugar!!!!

  14. I'm Travis. My teammate is Claire. Together we are Team Franix & the White Silverados. I had a grilled chicken breast for lunch. I'm going to crush the 4:30 WOD. I will probably use the 25# ball and wish it were even heavier. I'll do the burpies over the ball and may sneak in a few rope climbs in the 1 minute + of dead time that I'll have between rounds. How can I be so awesome, you ask??? Well two reasons, really. 1. I've been Paleo for 15-1/2 hours now. #2 My partner is even more awesomer. I'm just trying to keep up with her.

I enjoyed a refreshing grapefruit half as a snack today. My goal this challenge is to get lean!!! Drop more fat! I have the paleo plan pretty controlled. So I'm going to turn up the intensity on my workouts!

  22. Hi everyone my name is Ashley and my partner is Anna!! She is beast so I'm stoked to have her as a partner :)) We are Las Paleoritas!!
    This month my goal is to get toned up. Last month I was proud of my success. I lost a little weight so I want to focus more on toning up and defining my muscles this challenge.
    I just ate ground beef mixed with zuchinni with a side of sweet potatoe for dinner.

  29. My name is Chuck Bates. I am teammates with Tiffany Cameron. Together we are team Will and Grace. My breakfast today was an orange and my lunch was 2 oranges. My dinner was cabbage greens and grilled chicken breast. 

    My goal is to lose weight and do a total body transformation by going to the Box at least 4-5 times a week as well as exercise outside of the Box. I ultimately want to increase my endurance.

  36. Allow me to introduce myself, I'm Maury and with my partner Aidee we're Bonnie and Clyde, CFNM Outlaws. We're taking WOD's down by the bunches because we eat clean. Hide your kettle bells, medicine balls and rowers when we step in the Box we get noticed. Mobility, MetCon, Cool Down, We Out.....
    I lost eight pounds last month. I'm going to go for ten here in May. I want the outline of Abs this month "Ab-Formation" is the goal. Today I had eggs, sausage, banana. I'm Having a nice big mixed greens salad topped with lots of fresh vegetables for dinner.
